Website Terms

These terms apply to use of the SaveInstant Trade website and its preliminary business sourcing enquiry form.

Enquiries and paid work

Submitting a sourcing request is free. A submission is not a purchase order, goods quotation, supplier commitment, acceptance of a paid assignment, or promise that a supplier will respond. We may decline or ask for more information about a request.

Any paid research assignment requires a separate written scope accepted by both parties. That scope will set out the fee, applicable taxes, deliverables, timing, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, and any refund or remedy. This website does not publish a fixed price or create a payment obligation.

Service boundaries and research limits

SaveInstant Trade provides sourcing research and coordination. It is not the seller or buyer of goods, customs broker, freight forwarder, carrier, importer or exporter of record, lender, insurer, escrow service, certification body, or guarantor. A buyer contracts directly with any chosen supplier and logistics or customs professional.

Supplier information, quotations, freight inputs, and landed-cost comparisons depend on third-party responses and stated assumptions. We do not guarantee supplier identity, manufacturing origin, certification, availability, quote count, lowest price, savings, delivery, customs classification, or a particular purchasing outcome. Customs, tax, product compliance, and legal questions should be confirmed with qualified professionals.

Acceptable use

Use the Site for a legitimate business enquiry. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share, impersonate another person, request unlawful or restricted goods, attempt to access records belonging to others, or interfere with the Site.

Privacy

Our collection and handling of RFQ information is described in the Privacy Notice. Do not enter payment-card data, bank details, identity documents, confidential files, or sensitive personal information in the form.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Subject to any mandatory law that applies, disputes about use of this website are to be brought before the courts of Alberta sitting in Calgary.

Changes and contact

We may update these website terms when the Site or its operations change. Questions can be sent to trade@saveinstant.com. These website terms do not replace the separate written agreement required for paid work.
